Giving the Penaten Creme another chance tonight. I just double cleansed with Banila Co Clean It Zero Radiance and Su:m37 Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick then onto the cream. That's it! Quickest routine ever! More time to sleep! Yaaaaay! 😴

EDIT:
I'm glad I tried the Penaten Creme again with a super simple routine. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin when I woke up this morning, I had less bumps and my skin looked calmer! 😊 I was worried that I'd have a bad reaction to it since it was so thick but my skin seemed to have taken it well. Surprisingly, there weren't any white traces of the cream when I woke up and I wasn't oily either. Although I am pretty happy with the results, I do want to try an actual blemish cream. I think that I'd feel more confident using something that is really meant for the face. Eyeing the COSRX Centella Blemish Cream! πŸ‘€

Has anyone tried this #Penaten Creme as a blemish treatment? I used it a few nights ago as I've read that it can also be used to treat acne, as an overnight spot treatment for pimples or to soothe irritation/redness. ⠀

Penaten Creme is actually mainly used to treat diaper rash. But it is also good for sunburn, scalds, dermatitis and the relief of itching due to eczema, and rash caused by heat and perspiration. This all-around skin cream is often labeled as a "miracle cream" by fans.

The cream is really thick - like hair wax but spreads easier. I'd say it's moisturizing but isn't oily despite having a very thick consistency. Reviews I found online say that it's great for dryness during winter, even for blistered lips. It leaves a very obvious white cast on the skin and several reviews mention that it can be quite difficult to remove that's why it's preferred to be used at night. It smells like baby powder but the scent dissipates after a few minutes.

I had a bunch of tiny bumps on my cheeks near the nose (probably due to stress 😒) and I was hoping that this would make them disappear. Well, I was quite disappointed the following day because there wasn't any improvement. The tiny bumps were all still there when I woke up. But I am thinking, is this supposed to be used alone - without any products beforehand, just a clean face? πŸ€”

Anyway, I ended up using the Naruko Tea Tree mask the following night and that instantly helped calm down my bumps. Never fails me. πŸ’–
